About

A quiet studio for loud delivery problems

Code Cloudhub Digital grew out of coaching circles in Gyeongsangnam-do, where release meetings kept getting longer while understanding got thinner. We teach application analytics so teams can see delivery without turning people into scorecards.

Mission

Make code delivery visible enough that engineers, product partners, and leadership can act on the same facts. We care less about collecting every event and more about choosing signals that explain waiting, risk, and recovery.

Pedagogy

Each program mixes short lessons, annotated dashboards, and live narrative drills. Learners bring their own pipelines when possible; when they cannot, we provide sanitized datasets from Korean hybrid teams so practice still feels concrete.

Community

Learning that continues after the cohort

Office hours

Alumni book 25-minute slots to pressure-test a new metric before it lands on a wall.

Peer reviews

Monthly review circles critique visibility maps the way designers critique flows—kind, specific, and optional.

Local meetups

When travel allows, we host small gatherings near Jinhae-si for teams comparing delivery rituals across industries.

Student journey

What a typical path looks like

  • Week zero: inventory the decisions you already struggle to defend with data.
  • Mid-program: publish a draft visibility map and run one real review with your squad.
  • Close: retire at least one vanity chart and document the replacement narrative.
  • After: stay in the alumni channel for templates, critique, and occasional clinics.
