Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid cohort seats confirmed by invoice. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Self-serve checkout is not available on the site.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 7 full days before the cohort start date. Requests inside that window are assessed for partial credit as described below.

Full or partial refunds

If you cancel 7 or more days before start and have not accessed live sessions or downloadable cohort packs, we issue a full refund of tuition paid. Cancellations inside 7 days may receive a partial refund of up to 50% if no more than one live session was attended. After the second live session, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party processing fees, custom Atlas Cohort facilitation already delivered, and completed one-day workshops are non-refundable. Gifted alumni critique seats included with Signal Circle have no cash value.

Refund process

Email hello@code-cloudhub.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Code Cloudhub Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military obligations may qualify for deferral or expanded partial refunds at our discretion. Contact us as early as possible.
